Brownies with 3 flours, Quinoa, Coconut & Spelt
1 ¼ cups Spelt flour
¼ cup Quinoa flour
¼ cup Coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 cup melted butter (cooled to room temp.)
¼ cup light brown sugar
2 cups raw sugar
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and line a square (8x8inch) pan with greaseproof paper and a light oil.
Sift the flours, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl and then put into a food processor.
Add all other ingredients except the chocolate chips, and blend everything until the ingredients are thoroughly combine.
Pour your batter into the pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top and lightly folding the chips through the batter.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
You can substitute the chocolate chops with nuts or fruit if desired.
