The latest batch of Sauerkraut looks and tastes delightful. The purple cabbage seeped through and colored all the spring onions, the English cabbage and the fresh Thyme. It is so tasty, very tangy and the black pepper came through nicely with a bit of bite and the spring onions also have a strong impact.
I can confidently start circulating my FTG sauerkraut to anyone interested in probiotic healthy food.
