Breakfast Juice Cleanser


It’s not everyone’s cup of tea in the morning, but this drink will have you feeling lighter and brighter.  I juiced half a red pawpaw with half a bunch of fresh celery and 2 inches of fresh ginger.  Ginger is good for detox and your metabolism, ripe pawpaw is great for digestion and fibre, and celery juice has so many benefits.  Celery when juiced releases nutrients in its fibre that aids in digestion, so it’s wonderful for cleansing last night’s dinner.  Celery is also high in vitamin B and C and is also said to be good for reducing blood pressure, calming the nervous system and helps with urinary stones.  The diuretic effect of celery juice will leave you feeling less bloated.  Can you give me one reason not to drink this breakfast drink??
