Just what we needed after having walked for hours… A delicious scoop of real coconut ice cream in a chilled coconut shell, sprinkling of salty crushed peanuts, and if that wasn’t enough, there was the super cold coconut flesh, which was conveniently scoured so it came out so quickly and easily…  It’s a trick, it’s designed to eat so quickly before your brain can tell you how much you have eaten and in no time you are buying your second.  OMG, it was amazing.  I could indulge in this everyday, so I am set on trying to make my own coconut ice-cream.  I will spend 10 hours making it, 24 hours waiting for it, and 30 seconds eating it.
