Savoury wholewheat sponge cakes.

They are not muffins that’s for sure.  These are super light and spongey and so savoury filled with creamy camembert cheese, softly cooked carrot and potato and encased in whole wheat rye batter.

I am loving the experimentation with different flours and the textures they are producing after they are baked.  The combinations are endless, and can I just say that potato and carrot make wonderful savoury delights and they are so good in children’s cakes and snacks.

These are the kinds of delightful eats I am putting on offer to my Clients.  Who has time to make food like this?  Well I do…
