Ok, it’s my favourite meal of the day – for the time being. I love eggs and there is something about starting the day right.
Broccoli fried rice is without rice or any carb and it’s amazing, try it please. Not that I am suggesting it, but if you want to drop a few pounds, eating these kinds of meals is going to do it for you. This is how I eat when I want to shred, not bad hey?
Labneh is amazing with egg and broccoli and I have made my own here – which I will post a little later, and it’s been marinating in spicy Dukkah and olive oil and mint leaves and to put it mildly, this was a great breakfast.
