No cream, no eggs, no sugar, no fuss. Just frozen peeled bananas whizzed in a blender with your choice of ingredients. All the ingredients were already at home, and no shopping was required. The nuts I bought from my local banana man, the cherries were left overs in a jar, the bananas are a staple in this house hold, and the raw cacao is easily found at grocery stores locally.
No one would guess this ice cream is healthy and so easy to make. Excuse me while I get back to eating my dessert. 🙂
