This morning’s post workout smoothie is filled to the max with everything one needs. Avocado, strawberries, Vivo raw cacao and coconut protein powder, Matcha green tea, half a banana and cold pressed almond milk. The Matcha green tea adds the fat burning element, the strawberries are super high in anti-oxidants, the avocado is a wonder fruit for the skin and the banana is high in potassium and those important carbs after a workout, and the tasty raw cacao and coconut protein powder is filled with sprouted whole grains and brown rice. It’s a lot of punch packed in a dainty tall glass. Now my morning is sorted out, I can get on with sorting out the rest of the family.
