A rainy morning, and perfect for a hot drink. I decide to get my Matcha Tea utensils out and make a hot green tea latte with almond and coconut milk. The tea whisk is beautifully designed to generate just the right amount of froth. When I was shown how to make it the traditional way, I drank from a bowl and so this is how I drank my latte this morning. The almond and coconut milk has a slight sweetness to it already so it was perfectly matched with the nutty and smoky flavour of the green tea. There is something about making food or drinks when there is a small ritual involved, it makes you appreciate it just that little bit more.
