My Green Smoothie

I am loving the new kitchen appliance the Vitamin Blast.  I can make green smoothies without being left with a trail of green or nutty bits at the bottom.  My post workout drink today was a fluffy blend of frozen pineapple, coconut and almond milk, Matcha green tea powder, a handful of spinach, Shape protein (By Josh Mills), 5 or so raw cashews and sprinkling of chia seeds.  This is the most energising way to start my day, it’s clean, raw and fresh.
