Just collecting dinner tonight. A beautiful, fresh selection of lettuce which will go nicely in a simple garden salad. I am thinking of making a cous cous & pumpkin salad which will marry nicely with the coriander, lemon basil and parsley. Then maybe a Foxy Blend seasoned chicken with dill . For 1 month, I have not bought lettuce and our meals have been so tasty with fresh herbs. The herbs are not just for taste though, everything adds nutritional value. I always say that every spoonful counts we consume counts. Parsley is an excellent source of vitamin C and folic acid, it is also good for protection against arthritis. Basil is high in high vitamin A and Potassium. Coriander aids in the treatment of mouth ulcers, digestion and cholesterol levels.
