The coconut yoghurt turned out a treat and the whole family loved it. The chia seed pudding was delicious and fruity, the last one I made was chocolaty and rich, and this was so light and fruity. I can honestly eat this pudding for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert – it was light and tasty. Those chia seeds are amazing little things, they are so light and when eaten they are wonderfully absorbent and filling. Chia seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids, very high in dietary fibre and reduce food cravings.
